Volunteers needed for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» waste audit Oct. 7
September 30, 2015
Under the guidance of Alachua County Waste Alternatives, students, faculty and staff are needed to help sort a sampling of campus trash on Oct. 7, for our Waste Audit. These audits are conducted to better understand the types of waste Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» produces and steps the college could take to improve our own recycling and waste management.
The audit will be held in parking lot 7, behind Building D. It begins at 9 a.m. and
runs until all the trash is sorted as weather permits, or until about 3 p.m. Volunteers
are needed throughout the day.
