Laptop & Hotspot Loan Program
ALL college-issued laptops, hotspots, and webcams must be returned to the Tyree Library on the NW Campus by Saturday, May 2. No equipment renewals, even if you are registered for summer classes.
Failure to return college-issued laptops, hotspots, and webcams will result in loss of borrowing privileges for the next semester and you will be billed for the replacement cost.
Summer 2026 Requests
Students enrolled in current term, credit-bearing classes who have laptop and/or hotspot needs MUST follow the steps below:
- Complete the to request a laptop, hotspot, and/or webcam. All requests are reviewed by the Saints Care Center based on eligibility and availability.
- After submitting the form, Saints Care Center staff will review your request. You
will be contacted only through your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» email if additional steps are needed.
- Please note: The beginning of each semester is a high-volume period. Requests are reviewed in the order received.
- If you are pre-approved, you will receive an email from the Saints Care Center with instructions to:
- Complete the Basic Needs Survey (required only for approved loaner technology requests).
- Confirm your preferred pick-up location.
- Once approved and notified:
- Northwest Campus (Tyree Library):
- Loaner technology will be available for pickup automatically after approval.
- Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Educational Centers:
- Loaner technology will be sent to your selected Center and may take up to 3 business days to arrive.
- Northwest Campus (Tyree Library):
- The Tyree Library and Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Centers can ONLY check out devices for students who have been approved and notified by the Saints Care Center.
- Loaner technologies are available for approved students starting on the first day of each semester (fall, spring, and summer).
Important Eligibility Notes:
- A completed FAFSA must be on file, even if you do not plan to use financial aid. This helps Saints Care Center assess need.
- When completing your FAFSA, be sure to list Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» as a school option.
- International students:
- If you are not eligible to complete the FAFSA, you must complete the Federal Student Aid Estimator.
- After completing the estimator, take screenshots of your results page and submit them as proof when requested by Saints Care Center staff.

- If you qualify for financial aid, you may also be able to purchase a laptop through the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Bookstore using your Bookstore Authorization through financial aid.

Yes! During your meeting with the Saints Care Center staff, request device pickup at a center. Library staff will send the device to the Center through college courier. Expect 3-5 days for processing and delivery.

Students using Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Loaner Laptops must abide by the college Student Computer Use and Appropriate Use Policies which prohibit downloading and installing programs on any Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»-owned equipment. See Student Use Policy
