Apply Now for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» 2011 Spring Arts Festival

Applications are available now for the 42nd annual Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Spring Arts Festival April 9-10, 2011. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Spring Arts is a juried show with more than $20,000 in awards and purchase awards. The festival staff is artist friendly and very helpful.
The festival is part of a statewide advertising campaign which attracted more than 120,000 visitors last April.
The crowd-pleasing location is historic NE 1st Street and the lawn of the Thomas Center in downtown Gainesville.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Spring Arts draws top quality artists from more than 25 states. Sculpture, printmaking, painting, 2-D and 3-D mixed media, jewelry, photography, drawing, watercolor, wood, fiber, and glass are represented.
Choose from three methods to apply. Go to www.zapplication.org and apply online. Or visit the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Web site, www.sfcollege.edu/springarts and download the application. Or call the festival office at 352-395-5355 to request an application. The application deadline is December 3, 2010.
