Back to School Food Drive Challenge - Last Day Aug. 27

Is your club, group, department or class up for a challenge and would like to be featured on the Student Life website? Canned and boxed food donations are being collected by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Student Life now through Tuesday, Aug. 27, and will be delivered the following morning by the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Women's Basketball team to the Catholic Charities Food Bank donation drive breakfast.
Catholic Charities operates a food pantry, a rural mobile food bank and a weekend backpack food program for families with kids of all denominations in the greater Gainesville area.
Donation boxes are available in the Gym main office, and S and F Building lobbies. The challenge: collect as much non-perishable food as your group can, take a photo with your donation (don't forget a sign showing your group name!), and deliver the donations to a collection box by Tuesday, 8/27, 3 p.m., or to the Student Life van parked in front of S Building, 3-5 p.m.
Email group photos to Kimberly Buchholz at kimberly.buchholz@sfcollege.edu by Wednesday, 8/28, 3 p.m., to be appear on the Student Life website and Facebook pages. The group with the largest donation will be featured the following week.
