Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Zoo Honors Veterans with Free Admission

The college will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day on Monday Nov. 11 but the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Teaching Zoo will be OPEN and celebrating area Veterans with FREE ADMISSION to the Zoo. In order to receive FREE ADMISSION, Veterans who are active, retired and/or are military personnel must show valid military identification.

The Zoo showcases a diverse collection of native and exotic species for everyone to enjoy. Take your time and enjoy animals like the bald eagles, white-throated capuchin monkeys, and the Asian small-clawed otters, all under the naturally shaded 1Ž4 mile trail.

The Zoo is open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 for Adults (13-59); $4.00 for Children (4-12), seniors (60+), UF students and staff; FREE for Children (3 and under), Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ students and staff with valid ID.
