May 9 and 16 Sessions Offer Details on New Leadership Academy

The President’s Leadership Academy (PLA) is a program of professional development opportunities that will allow the college to identify, prepare and motivate Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s next generation of leaders. The program is open to all current Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» employees with either a minimum of three years in a full-time Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» position, or at least one year of full-time employment at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and a minimum part-time employment equivalent to two full-time years immediately prior to the full-time year. The PLA will start in the fall of 2025.
There will be two information sessions providing details about the application procedure, the participant selection process and the logistics of the program.
