May 9 and 16 Sessions Offer Details on New Leadership Academy

The President’s Leadership Academy (PLA) is a program of professional development opportunities that will allow the college to identify, prepare and motivate Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»â€™s next generation of leaders. The program is open to all current Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» employees with either a minimum of three years in a full-time Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» position, or at least one year of full-time employment at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» and a minimum part-time employment equivalent to two full-time years immediately prior to the full-time year. The PLA will start in the fall of 2025.
There will be two information sessions providing details about the application procedure, the participant selection process and the logistics of the program.
