The District Board of Trustees of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 4.3 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. on 09/22/26, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Perry Center, 14180 NW 119th Terrace, Alachua, FL 32615. Rule 4.3 (Degree and Certificate Requirements). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Update and add posthumous and in memoriam degrees or certificates. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64(4), (7), (8). LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS1004.68, 1007.25; FAC 6A-14.030, 6A-10.024, 6A-10.0316; Notice of Rule Development was published in the Alachua County Today paper 07/02/26. To request a public hearing, contact P.
