The District Board of Trustees of Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rules 2.17, 7.9, 7.23, and 7.36 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. on 10/20/26, at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Andrews Cultural Center, 201 E. Call Street, Starke, FL 32091. Rule 2.17 (Designation of Emeritus). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update rule to allow waiver of eligibility requirements. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: F.S. 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: F.S. 1001.64(4)(b), 1001.64(18). Rule 7.9 (Academic Standing). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To clarify return to academic notice and remove modification of restrictions. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64, 1001.65, 1004.68. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64(8), 1007.263. Rule 7.23 (Student Conduct Code). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update rule for compliance with law. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1006.60, 1001.64(4)(8). LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1004.097(3)(g), 1006.60, 1006.61, 1006.62, 1006.63, 790.115. Rule 7.36 (Student Complaints). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update re: accreditation and review. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64, 1001.65; 6A-14.0261, FAC.
