The District Board of Trustees of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³», Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rules 7.27 and 7.37 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting at 4:00 p.m. on 04/21/26, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Northwest Campus, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Bldg. S - Room 332, Gainesville, FL 32606. Rule 7.27 (Financial Aid). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update Rule to comport with current law and requirements. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64(8), 1009.22, 1009.23; 6A-14.054, FAC; and Rule 7.37 (Transparency in Institutional Representation). PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update Rule. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64(6) and (8), 1001.65. Notice of Rule Development was published in the Alachua County Today paper, Rule 7.27 published on 02/05/26, and Rule 7.37 published on 10/30/25.
