Spring Break 2025 Preparation for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Employees

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» will be mostly closed for spring break starting Monday, March 17, though some student services will remain open. Employees should keep the following in mind before leaving:
- Employees who are not working during the break should set up an automatic out-of-office email reply indicating their absence during spring break.
- An out-of-office voicemail message should also be recorded. Employees needing instructions for updating their voicemail can check with their department or refer to the online instructions for their phone. A list of campus-installed phones is available on the ITS website.
- Any perishable items in office refrigerators should be removed and taken home. Employees may also want to take home any plants kept in their office.
- Before visiting the Northwest Campus or any Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» centers during the break, employees should contact the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Police Department on the non-emergency line at 352-395-5519. The department operates 24/7 and will remain operational during the break.
The college will resume all standard operations Monday, March 24.
