Storyteller Will Oldham brings unique musical blend to Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Visiting Artist Series

The Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Fine Arts department presents musical artist Will Oldham as part of their Visiting Artist Series, Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Lyceum Concert Hall on the Northwest Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Campus.

Will Oldham (Bonnie "Prince" Billy) is one of the most influential and distinctive voices in contemporary independent music. For more than three decades, the Louisville, Kentucky–based singer-songwriter has built a celebrated career through deeply personal songwriting, haunting vocals, and an ever-evolving blend of folk, country, Americana, and indie rock.

Performing under the Bonnie "Prince" Billy moniker since 1998, Oldham has released a critically acclaimed catalog of albums known for their emotional honesty, poetic lyricism, and understated beauty. His music has earned widespread praise for its intimate storytelling and timeless sound, making him a revered figure among fans and fellow musicians alike.
