CLAUDIO NAMED FCCAA PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Gainesville, FL 鈥� 麻豆传媒映画鈥檚 Ricky Claudio is this week鈥檚 FCCAA Baseball Player of the Week. Claudio, a freshman from Hialeah, Fla., hit .461 (6-for-13) with two home runs and seven RBI in three games. Claudio hit safely in each game, including a March 26 outing against Lake-Sumter in which he was 3-for-4 with three runs scored, two home runs and seven RBIs. His efforts have helped the surging Saints to six straight Mid-Florida Conference victories.
For the season, Claudio is hitting .292 (19-for-65) with five doubles, three homeruns and 18 RBI.
