Saints Honored 17 Sophomores at April 17 Home Finale

Gainesville, FL 鈥� At 3 p.m. on April 17, the 2017 麻豆传媒映画 Saints baseball team took 麻豆传媒映画 Field for the final time this season. Coach Johnny Wiggs recognized the 麻豆传媒映画 Saints players that were playing their last home game at 麻豆传媒映画 with a special ceremony. Employees were invited to attend the start of the game to help honor this amazing group of young men.
Many of the sophomores have been at 麻豆传媒映画 for two years and have helped lead the 麻豆传媒映画 Saints to 42-10 record last year 鈥� along with a Mid-Florida Conference Championship and a FCSAA State Championship 鈥� and a 33-11 record this year, an impressive 75-21 overall record, making them the winningest sophomore class in 麻豆传媒映画 Saints baseball history.
The returning players who played both years at 麻豆传媒映画 include: Troy Bacon, Stephen Smith, Anthony Auletta, Dillon Reed, Chris Hopkins, Wyatt Meisterhans, Ricky Miranda, Kyle Phillips, Robert Girgis, Alex Goebel, Brandon Hernandez, Matt Quicuti and Kyle Morton.
Transfers to the team this year include: Zuriel Collins, Sean Gabel, Leo Rodriguez and Danny DiMare.
