National Dance Day is an annual celebration that encourages Americans of all ages to incorporate dance into their lives. Established in 2010 by Nigel Lythgoe, a co-founder of Dizzy Feet Foundation, the aim of National Dance Day is to educate the public about dance and its many benefits and to make dance accessible to and inclusive of everyone.
Ramos explained that one of the dances to be taught is the 2017 routine from Dizzy Feet Foundation that can be viewed on YouTube here.
