Saints Basketball Hosting Central Florida Tonight at 6 and 8 p.m.

January 17, 2018 - The Santa Fe Saints basketball teams will both be in action tonight taking on Mid-Florida Conference rivals the College of Central Florida. The women will tip things off at 6 p.m. and the men will follow at approximately 8 p.m. The Saints will honor the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» student body with Student Appreciation Night. There will be free pizza and hotdogs for all currently enrolled Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students.
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» women enter the game with an 11-9 record and are ranked No. 9 in the latest FCSAA poll. Their 2-0 MFC record has them in first place. CF is one game behind them in the conference standings (1-1) and carries a 4-15 overall record.
The FCSAA seventh-ranked Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» men will battle the nationally ranked #15 and FCSAA ranked #3 Patriots following the women's game. The Saints come in riding an eight-game winning streak and the Patriots have won five in a row. CF is 17-3 overall and 3-0 in conference play and the Saints are 14-5 and 2-0 in the MFC.
