Last Day for Health Risk Assessments

April 6, 2018 – The last day for Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ employees to get their annual health risk assessment biometric screenings is today. Screenings will be held in Building R, Room 01 on the Northwest Campus until about 12:30 p.m. There will be afternoon sessions at the Blount Center. Participation is limited to full-time employees who are in enrolled in one of Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­'s group Florida Blue health care plans. All participants will receive a voucher for a FREE Subway lunch and will be entered into a drawing to win additional door prizes. All participants who go through the screening process will be registered to win a bicycle.

If you have already scheduled an appointment through the pickatime.com website, you should be receiving email reminders about your appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, but Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ employees with scheduled appointments will take priority. You will have your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels tested and be able to discuss your results with a health care advisor. The entire process should take less than 30 minutes to complete.
