Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»PD Work Study Student Wins $1000 Scholarship

July 3, 2018 – Philip Papendick, a work-study student at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Police Department, was the recipient of a $1000 scholarship from the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA).
Although Papendick was notified in May about the scholarship, the official announcement was made during the IACLEA conference in Orlando last week.
The scholarship is offered to students employed by the campus safety or police departments of their respective schools, and the service they provide.
Papendick helps the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»PD with the lost and found, key protocols and other collateral duties at the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»PD.
The IACLEA is the world's largest campus safety and security organization.
