Join the Monday Morning Mile October 8

October 3, 2018 – The Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ wellness team invites Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ students, faculty and staff to join them every Monday morning in the month of October for the Monday Morning Mile.

Just meet at the Lawrence W. Tyree library at 9 a.m. each Monday for a wellness walk around the Northwest Campus.

Being physically active is important to long-term good health, and walking is one of the easiest ways to get started on an active lifestyle. Studies show that walking can help prevent Type 2 diabetes, reduce blood pressure, improve your mood and burn calories.

So join your fellow Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ wellness walkers each Monday. The next walk is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 8, 2018. See you there!
