April 1, 2019 – Dr. Ailene "Bliz" Feldherr, who taught biology at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» for nearly 30 years, starting in 1968, passed away March 3, 2019 after battling cancer. Her family is inviting the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» community to remember her at a memorial service at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens Sunday, May, 12, at 1 p.m. The service is scheduled to be held outdoors, but can be moved inside if weather becomes a factor.
