Forward Your Office Phone to Your Personal Phone While Working Remotely

March 18, 2020 - Just a quick follow up to see if everyone remembered to update their voice mail or forward their phones before leaving the college yesterday.
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» faculty and staff members who did not have the opportunity to forward their office phones before leaving yesterday can contact help.desk@sfcollege.edu for assistance with that process. Please provide your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» extension and the number you would like the college to forward your messages. For those who need to change your voicemail message remotely, please consult the /its/training/phones page for specific information on the phone in your office.
For employees who want to be able to check their office phone voicemail messages from on outside line, please dial 352-395-5550. When you hear the attendant, press the "#" key. You will then be asked to enter your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» extension and your voicemail password to retrieve your messages.
