Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Office of Access & Inclusion is hosting the Racial Equity Institute's "Measuring Racial Inequity: A Groundwater Approach Plus" September 4th, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Online. This special Groundwater Plus presentation will be a full-day introduction to Racial Equity offered to both Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» employees and students. In this presentation, REI organizers will use stories and data to present an argument that racism is fundamentally structural in nature. By examining characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that most find immediately helpful and relevant.
