Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» to Offer EXTRA Transportation Shuttle for Rural Students

UPDATE (6/15/21) Grant funding for the EXTRA Shuttle will end June 30, 2021. There will be no EXTRA Shuttle after that date.
August 17, 2020 – Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and MV Transportation are partnering again to provide rural students who lack transportation with access to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Northwest Campus via the EXTRA Shuttle for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021. The EXTRA Shuttle will provide daily round-trip service from rural communities to the Northwest Campus each morning and back each afternoon every weekday when classes are in session at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».
The EXTRA Shuttle will serve students coming to the Northwest Campus from High Springs and Alachua. The EXTRA Shuttle service is supported by a grant from the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. There are only a limited number of transportation vouchers are available. Current and future students may apply for a transportation voucher at here.

8:15 a.m. - Pick up at High Springs Community Center 2:00 p.m. - Leave Northwest Campus
