Flu Shots Available for Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Employees in Florida Blue Health Plans

September 22, 2020 – Even though there will not be a Benefits Fair on the Northwest Campus in advance of Open Enrollment, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» employees can still get access to a free flu shot, if they are on any of the Florida Blue health care plans. In-network pharmacies, including Walgreens, Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart will offer a flu shot at no cost, when they present their Florida Blue insurance card.
In addition to all the efforts taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19 – frequent hand-washing, wearing a cloth face covering, practicing physical distancing, etc., getting a flu shot is the single most effective way to avoid getting the flu.
