200+ Receive COVID Vaccine at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»

February 5, 2021 – Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» partnered with the Alachua County Health Department Friday to offer COVID vaccinations. Members of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» family, including students, faculty, staff, retirees, and other members of the college community who are ages 65 and older were eligible to participate. Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Human Resources worked with the health department to schedule the appointments for more than 200 people, and the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»PD worked the logistics to help escort people in and out of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Gymnasium after receiving the vaccine.
