Reminder about Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s COVID-19 Exposure Protocol

All Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or believe they have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 within the past 14 days are required to complete this form.
An Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Contact Tracer will call to conduct a phone interview as a follow-up – usually within 24 hours – so students should be prepared to discuss their health status.
