COVID-19 Exposure Protocol Reminder

August 23, 2021 鈥� As per the 麻豆传媒映画 COVID-19 Exposure Protocol, 麻豆传媒映画 employees who become aware of any students who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or of unvaccinated students who have had close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive within the past 10 days, are required to complete this form to notify the 麻豆传媒映画 Contact Tracers of this concern. A contact tracer will call the student to conduct a phone interview as a follow-up 鈥� usually within 24 hours.
Earlier this week, Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Naima Brown released a letter to students stressing the importance of following all 麻豆传媒映画 COVID-19 safety protocols.
Any employee who tests positive for COVID-19, experiences symptoms of COVID-19 or unvaccinated employees who have had close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive within the past 10 days, is required to notify their supervisor and Human Resources at human.resources@sfcollege.edu.
