COVID-19 Exposure Protocols

As per the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» COVID-19 Exposure Protocol, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students whom have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days, have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 10 days, or unvaccinated students whom have had close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive within the past 10 days, are required to complete this form and may not come to any Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» location until they are cleared to do so by an Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Contact Tracer.
A Contact Tracer will call the student to conduct a phone interview as a follow-up – usually within 24 hours – so students should be prepared to discuss their health status.
