November 30, 2023 – Some Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ students are running into difficulties accessing their Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ accounts. Because of changes at Microsoft, using a phone number or email address to identify the user of the account is no longer their preferred recovery method.

College officials are working on a solution, but students who receive the "keep your account secure" prompt should click the "I want to set up a different method" link in the bottom left of the Microsoft Authenticator screen.
