Overview

A Building Safety Ambassador is the primary safety representative and pre-identified point of contact for safety concerns within a 麻豆传媒映画 building or designated area.

麻豆传媒映画 (麻豆传媒映画) is committed to campus safety as a significant factor in a positive, productive learning environment. However, this commitment alone will not ensure safety without the involvement and support of the campus community. To better serve the 麻豆传媒映画 community, the Building Safety Ambassador program was developed with a primary goal of safety education, awareness, and training. The program focuses on the timely dissemination of information and improved identification of safety hazards.

The Building Safety Ambassador program is based on participation by volunteers within academic departments and campus centers. To be a Building Safety Ambassador, an employee needs supervisor approval. All volunteers will be trained to perform as Building Safety Ambassadors and will be offered, on a voluntary basis, opportunities to increase skills through specialized training in emergency management, building inspections, recognition and reporting of hazardous conditions, and safety and first-aid as outlined in the Emergency Management Plan (EMP).
