Overview
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» is proud to offer wellness services and programs at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Fitness Center to all of our campus community, including students, faculty and staff. The Fitness Center has an array of equipment and services suitable for everyone, ranging from the experienced athlete to those just exploring their fitness options. Stop by the Fitness Center to meet our friendly staff and let them help you meet your fitness and wellness goals! A valid and current Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»ID card is required!
Location
The Fitness Center is in the Gymnasium (Building V).
Hours
During the Fall & Spring semesters, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Fitness Center is open 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
During the Summer semesters, the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Fitness Center is open 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday & 6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.
The Fitness Center will close one hour before each home athletic event in the Gymnasium.

- Secure lockers are available for rental by semester or a full year

Wheelchair accessible multi-gym provides an option to those who are in need of a wheelchair accessible workout. Lifting stations include shoulder press, chest press, lateral pull, chest fly and iso-cable. This unit is also available to general Fitness Center patrons; however, if a person specifically needs wheelchair access they have priority to the machine.
