Overview

Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ offers a Lost and Found service, managed by the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Police Department (Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­PD), to help reunite lost items with their owners and facilitate the return of found property.

Retrieving a Lost Item

If you’ve lost something on campus, follow these steps to recover it:

  1. Visit or Contact Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­PD
    Stop by the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Police Department, located at the Northwest Campus, or call 352-395-5519 to inquire about your item.
  2. Provide Item Details
    Be prepared to describe your lost item (e.g., color, size, brand, or other identifying features) to assist with verification.
  3. Claim Your Property
    If your item has been turned in, you can pick it up at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­PD office after verification.

Turning in a Found Item

If you’ve found an item on campus, here’s how to help it get back to its owner:

  • Drop Off at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­PD
    Bring the item directly to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ Police Department office at the Northwest Campus.

  • Unclaimed Items: Items not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of, donated, or sold at a College surplus sale.
