ID Services

Faculty and Staff ID Cards

All Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ faculty and staff members are required to possess a valid Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ID card. 

Photo Requirements

  • Employees must have their photo taken at the ITS, located on the Northwest Campus Building K.
  • Appointments are not required.

Lost or Stolen ID Cards

  • Immediately report lost or stolen ID cards to the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­PD at 352-395-5519 to ensure campus safety.

Damaged or Malfunctioning ID Cards

  • Notify your supervisor about damaged or malfunctioning ID cards.
  • Replacement coordination will be handled by the ITS. This process also applies to cards previously reported as lost or stolen.

Student ID Cards
