Salary Increases for 2025-2026
Career Service, IT Personnel, and Administrative and Professional full-time employees will receive a 3% increase on their individual 2024-2025 ending salary retroactive to July 1, 2025. Existing part-time employees may receive a 3% increase on their 2024-2025 hourly rate for appointments beginning on or after July 1, 2025. Base salaries for all salary tables increase by 2% effective July 1, 2025.
Full-time faculty employed in 2024-2025 will advance one step on the 9-month or 12month schedule in the lane that corresponds to their title for the 2025-2026 year at the start of their contract period on either July 1 or August 22, 2025. The net increase for step advancement is 3%, which is based on an increase of $600 and 1.5% to the faculty base salary and corresponding step calculation. Consistent with the step schedule, increases are based on the application of steps initiating from the step 1 salary and therefore individual increases may vary based on step placement within the schedule. Part-time faculty rates increase by 3% to $846.
Academic Chairs employed in 2024-2025 will advance one step on the schedule at the start of their contract period on July 1. The net increase for step advancement is 3%, which is based on an increase of $600 and 1.3% to the base salary and corresponding step calculation. Consistent with the step schedule, increases are based on the application of steps initiating from the step 1 salary and therefore individual increases may vary based on step placement within the schedule.
